1. How soon will I receive the ordered Goods?


At High-Heels-Sofort.de everything is in stock!

If you pay via PayPal, we will usually send out your parcel (if ordered Mo thru Fri until 15:00 GMT) the same day. The very latest for the parcel to leave our warehouse would be the workday after you placed your order.

If you pay via bank transfer, we will send out your order within one workday after receiving the payment.


2. What do I do, if the shoes do not fit or if they dont match my expectations?


We offer our customers a 28-day return policy for all unused and originally packed goods.

If you intend to send items back, please add a copy of the Invoice to the shipment. , Please write your instructions for us (exchange to different size/style, credit) onto that Invoice copy, thank you.

IMPORTANT:

- We will generally not accept unstamped / unpaid shipments!
- Items worn directly on skin cannot be exchanged.
- Items manufactured due to customer specefications cannot be exchanged.


3. Which payment methods do you accept?


- Bank Transfer (all EU contries)
- Cash on Delivery (only Germany & Austria)
- PayPal (all EU contries)

You`ll receive our bank account data with the order confirmation email automatically.


4. How do I know, which is the correct size for me?


We made our best efforts to make to size-selection as easy as possible for you.
Therefore all sizes are mentioned in US-Ladies size AND in EU-size.

You can easily make comments about the desired shoe-sized in the comment box during the order process.

Please chose as exactly as possible your "normal size" and dont use criteria like "in pumps I need a 40, although I usually wear a 38". We know quite well which styles come how big in size and will send you the size most likely fitting well.

IMPORTANT:

If your size is in the half size area, tend to round up and not to round down!


5. Will the parcel be neutrally packed?


All parcels are neutrally packed!
This way it is easily possible to deliver to work addresses as well.


6. Will I get a Invoice?


Of course you will receive a Invoice: After we sent out the parcel (including a Invoice), you will also be able to download a PDF-file from your customer account.
